• SkyTeam, China Southern Announce Major Service Improvements at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

  GUANGZHOU, 2 February 2012 – SkyTeam, the global airline alliance, and member China Southern Airlines today signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (GBIA) to implement a number of customer-focused initiatives. The MOU paves the way to developing the airport as a world-class SkyTeam hub and is the first agreement of its kind signed by the alliance in the Greater China Region.

• SkyTeam führt SkyPriority für Topkunden ein

  AMSTERDAM, 12. Januar 2012 – SkyTeam, die globale Airline-Allianz, gab heute die Einführung von SkyPriority bekannt: Eine Reihe von bevorzugten Flughafen-Services mit unverwechselbarem Branding für Elite Plus, First und Business Class-Passagiere. SkyPriority wurde entwickelt, um einen gemeinsamen und einheitlichen Servicestandard für bevorzugte Flughafen-Services in der gesamten Allianz zu gewährleisten. Die Einführung des Programms auf ausgewählten Drehkreuzen wird am 12. März 2012 stattfinden. Im Laufe der nächsten Monate wird SkyPriority stufenweise auf mehr als 800 Flughäfen eingeführt und soll Anfang 2013 mehr als 1.000 Flughäfen umfassen.
