Single Check-In Procedures

SkyTeam lets you go from flight to flight without a pause. With our Inter-Airline Through Check-in functionality a counter agent for any SkyTeam airline can assign seats and issue boarding passes for connections on other SkyTeam airlines.

Guaranteed Reservations

If you are a SkyTeam Elite Plus member you are guaranteed a confirmed Economy Class reservation on any SkyTeam long-haul flight worldwide, even if the flight is sold out. Contact the SkyTeam Support Desk of the airline at least 24 hours before departure. Restrictions specific to each airline may apply, so contact your airline for further information.
