SkyTeam’s campaign uses three visuals all featuring a jet way as a symbol and commitment to the seamless travel experience offered by the alliance worldwide.  Each visual with accompanying text represents one of three key benefits for customers choosing to fly with any of SkyTeam members from, to and within China. The campaign focuses on services such as SkyPriority ooffering a series of premium airport services for Elite Plus, First and Business Class customers, SkyPriority has now been implemented throughout 75% of SkyTeam’s global network and will be available at each of SkyTeam’s 1,000 global destinations by the end of 2013.  In addition, the program is being extended to include, amongst others, more dedicated security lanes, and dedicated SkyPriority call centres to provide essential support to high value customers. Other additions include dedicated SkyPriority baggage desks at arrival halls. SkyPriority service is available at the majority of the 147 airports served by the SkyTeam member carriers.

The ad campaign also shows the Seamlessness offered by the alliance thanks to Chinese-speaking customer facing staff, local cuisine and Chinese-language magazines and newspapers available on members’ flights. 14 SkyTeam members fly in, within and out of China carrying about 350,000 passengers daily. Focus is now on improving customer transfers from one member to another by developing new efficiencies, as well as transfer and service recovery standards.
