Creepy interactive horror museum the London Dungeon presents its annual Halloween celebrations, with a host of special spooky events. What better place to go for a good old-fashioned scare? The 2009 Halloween festival is themed around the famous 17th-century Witch Trials.
Cackling crones pounce upon unsuspecting victims, before visitors come face-to-face the spine-chilling Witch Finder General at the Dungeon's very own courthouse. Enter at your peril!
During the festivities actors entertain the crowd outside the Dungeon and offer gory face painting to children, who are encouraged to come dressed in Halloween costume - gaining them free entry when accompanied by a paying adult. Please visit the Dungeon's website for more details.
