The Great Spitalfields Pancake Race once again finds madcap teams of pancake-flippers running up and down Dray Walk in the Old Truman Brewery. The competitors tough it out for kudos, prestige and a beautifully engraved frying pan.

There are also prizes for the best-dressed team and scrumptious pancakes for all entrants so get your team together, sort out your outfits and get ready to race. Teams should try to get sponsors, with all proceeds going to charity.
