For the annual Remembrance Day Service and Parade, the Royal Family lead a wreath-laying ceremony at the Cenotaph in Whitehall on the 2nd Sunday of November to commemorate those who fought and died in the two World Wars.

If you can't join the crowds, you can tune in to live coverage on television.
