Expo dei Sapori is Italy's top gastronomic exhibition, held every year at the Fiera Milano.

More than 26,000 food operators exhibit a huge variety of products ranging from meat, pasta and rice dishes to liqueurs, wine and cocktails. Seminars, conventions, culinary courses and competitions run alongside the main event, while the Festival dei Sapori (Festival of Taste) concludes the four-day programme.
