From September through to June La Verdi's Symphonic Season offers a rich programme of classical music at Milan's Auditorium.
Highlights in 2008/2009 include a programme dedicated to Ludwig van Beethoven with Fantasia in C minor for piano, chorus and orchestra op.80 and Symphony n.9 in D minor op.125 (31 December-2 January). Verdi's Messa da requiem for soli, chorus and orchestra features in February, while Gustav Mahler's Adagio from Symphony n.10 in F diesis major concludes the Symphonic Season.
