The Italian Gay Open Tennis is the grand slam for gay and lesbian tennis enthusiasts, organised by the Association of Homosexual Tennis Players (A.T.OMO). It attracts around 150 players and all games are played on Tennis Corvetto's indoor clay courts.
The tournament is open to men and women, who can compete in the following divisions: advanced tournament players; high intermediate tournament players; low intermediate and beginner tournament players; beginner players with little tournament experience.
Interested participants can register from 3 June 2009.
