Santiago de Chile Airport is Chile's most important air hub, handling around
nine million passengers a year through its two terminals. The bright and modern
airport is 16 miles north-west of central Santiago, a 30-minute trip by bus. The
airport is also known as Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International
Airport.
The airport's Domestic and International Terminals are a short walk apart
from each other, in the same building; allow ten minutes.
Airport parking
The airport has short- and long-term car parks. The short-term car park can be
directly accessed from the airport via lifts. A free bus service runs between the
long-term car park and the terminals.
