Narita Airport is best for luxury brand, gift and duty free shopping. Buy books at
Tsutaya or Sanseido Bookstore, gifts at Yokoyama Arts and Crafts and electronic
goods at Fa-So-La Tax Free Akihabara. Enjoy duty-free liquor and tobacco,
fragrance, skincare and cosmetics, confectionery, sunglasses and watches.
Narita Nakamise shopping mall, home to luxury brands and tax-free
electronics, is directly after security control in Terminal 1's South Wing.
All Terminal 1 passengers have access to Narita Nakamise but Terminal 2 passengers
do not. From April 2008, Narita Fifth Avenue will be available to Terminal 2
passengers after security control, with high-end goods, electronics and other duty
free products.
Eat & Drink
Cafés and restaurants abound in both terminals. Most are before security
control. Try Jitsuen Teuchi Udon Kineya for homemade udon noodles (Terminal
1), West Park Café Express for tasty sandwiches and hotdogs
(Terminal 1) and Sushiden for super-fresh sushi (Terminal 2). Major
café chains such as Starbucks, espressamente illy and
Café de Crié have outlets here. The cost of food and drink
sold at Narita Airport is higher than regular Tokyo prices.
Internet
Wireless high-speed internet access (with iPass, BizPortal, Orange WiFi,
Sprint, etc.) is installed throughout the airport. There are also power
points where you can charge your laptop and fixed terminals if you
don't have a computer with you. These terminals are coin operated and cost
JPY100 for 10 minutes. In Terminal 1, there is cable LAN internet access in the
waiting lounge, wireless internet access in the Business &Travel Support
Center and in the dayrooms and showers in both terminals. In Terminal
2's Narita Fifth Avenue, there will be a Yahoo! Café Internet
Service from April 2008.

(before security). Facilities include pay lounges, copy, fax and print out services,
and a business card printing service.
Family
Baby changing facilities are located in the restrooms before and after
security control in both terminals. Children can relax with games and toys in the
Children's Playrooms, located in Terminal 1 by Gates 26-27 and
in Terminal 2 by Gates 81-83. After security control, Terminal 2 has an unsupervised
Kids' Room with a slide and jungle gym. The Kids'
Park on Level 2 of Terminal 2 is the only children's facility
before security control. Under 12s can indulge in manicures with mum at Nail
Quick in Terminal 1. There are runway views at Asian Café
Bowl Bowl in Terminal 2.
Unwind
Relax with reflexology and massages at Raffine in Terminals 1 and 2. Or
rejuvenate at the oxygen bar Oxygen Lounge Juko in Terminal 1. Both terminals
have dayrooms and shower facilities for downtime and freshening
up.

Both terminals have elevator and ramp access, automatic doors, modified
intercoms and bathrooms, electric buggies and special parking areas. The Terminal
Connection Bus is wheelchair-accessible. Seeing-eye dogs are
permitted. Wheelchair hire is available before security control only. Speak to your
