• SkyTeam, China Southern Announce Major Service Improvements at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

  GUANGZHOU, 2 February 2012 – SkyTeam, the global airline alliance, and member China Southern Airlines today signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (GBIA) to implement a number of customer-focused initiatives. The MOU paves the way to developing the airport as a world-class SkyTeam hub and is the first agreement of its kind signed by the alliance in the Greater China Region.

• SkyTeam introduce SkyPriority per i migliori clienti

  AMSTERDAM, 12 gennaio 2012 – L’alleanza SkyTeam ha annunciato oggi l’introduzione di SkyPriority, un insieme di servizi prioritari in aeroporto dedicati ai Soci Elite Plus e ai passeggeri di First e Business Class. SkyPriority è stato creato per assicurare l’uniformità e la coerenza dei servizi prioritari in aeroporto all’interno dell’Alleanza. L’introduzione di SkyPriority inizierà a marzo 2012 in alcuni dei suoi hub. Il servizio sarà progressivamente implementato in oltre 800 aeroporti nel corso dei prossimi mesi arrivando ad essere presente in oltre 1000 aeroporti agli inizi del 2013.
