• SkyTeam, China Southern Announce Major Service Improvements at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

  GUANGZHOU, 2 February 2012 – SkyTeam, the global airline alliance, and member China Southern Airlines today signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (GBIA) to implement a number of customer-focused initiatives. The MOU paves the way to developing the airport as a world-class SkyTeam hub and is the first agreement of its kind signed by the alliance in the Greater China Region.

  암스테르담, 2012년 1월 12일- 글로벌 항공 얼라이언스인 스카이팀이 오늘, 엘리트 플러스, 퍼스트 클래스, 비즈니스 클래스 고객들을 대상으로 일련의 고품격 공항 이용 서비스를 제공하는 스카이팀만의 차별화된 SkyPriority의 도입을 발표하였다. SkyPriority는 얼라이언스 회원사들의 고품격 공항 서비스 제공에 대한 일관적인 기준을 보증하기 위해 도입되었으며 이 프로그램은 2012년 3월부터 지정된 일부 공항에서 먼저 시행된다. SkyPriority는 향후 몇 개월 동안 800개 이상의 공항에서 점진적으로 서비스되며 2013년 초에는 1,000개 이상의 공항에서 시행될 예정이다.
