NEW YORK, June 22, 2005 In celebration of its fifth anniversary, the SkyTeam alliance today reflected on accomplishments to-date and outlined strategic focus areas for its next five years and beyond. Members Aeromexico, Air France, Alitalia, Continental Airlines, CSA Czech Airlines, Delta Air Lines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Korean Air and Northwest Airlines pledged to work together on key initiatives, including customer service enhancements, development of the alliance network to accommodate anticipated passenger growth and implementation of technology and e-Services alliance-wide.

Four Carriers to Join SkyTeam Associate Program
Governing Board Announces First Associate Airline Candidates

AMSTERDAM, June 9, 2005 - At a press briefing following its semiannual meeting in Amsterdam today, the SkyTeam Governing Board announced the finalization of the alliance's Associate Program and named the first carriers selected to begin the joining process: Air Europa of Spain; Copa Airlines of Panama; Kenya Airways of Kenya; and Tarom of Romania. All four carriers have already begun the process of meeting the necessary operational and service standards to attain Associate status, with completion expected in 2006. The airlines will sign a SkyTeam Associate Adherence Agreement (SAAA) this summer.

SkyTeam Members Expand Travel Offerings for 2005 Summer Season
New summer destinations provide broader service in support of forecasted increase in international travel

NEW YORK, April 25, 2005 - SkyTeam, the global airline alliance partnering Aeromexico, Air France, Alitalia, CSA Czech Airlines, Continental, Delta Air Lines, KLM, Korean Air and Northwest, today said its members are anticipating passenger growth in 2005 and launching new flight options this summer season, which runs from April to October. Passengers traveling with SkyTeam will have access to a combined total of 533 additional flights per week and 16 new alliance destinations, as compared with last summer.

SkyTeam Round The World and Europe Pass Fares Now Offer Travelers More Choices
Passengers can now select flight options from Continental, KLM and Northwest

NOORDWIJK, THE NETHERLANDS, April 13, 2005 - At a meeting today in Noordwijk, The Netherlands, the SkyTeam Steering Committee announced that passengers traveling via the alliance's Round the World (RTW) and Europe Pass products will have greater options, in terms of schedules and destinations, with the addition of Continental's, KLM's and Northwest's route networks. Effective April 15, RTW customers can select flight options from any of the nine member airlines, while Europe Pass customers have their choice of routes operated by the alliance's four European carriers.

SkyTeam Opens New Facility at Mexico City International Airport
Location opens to handle peak springtime travel

MEXICO CITY, February 17, 2005 - SkyTeam customers traveling via Mexico City International Airport (MEX) will be accommodated in a brand new alliance facility, which includes more room, an enhanced flight information display system, and an expanded passenger drop-off area. The space will be shared by the six SkyTeam members that currently serve Mexico City's international airport. Currently, Air France, Aeromexico and Delta Air Lines are operating out of the new facility, with Continental Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Northwest Airlines scheduled to move to the location shortly.
