We’ll invite you to an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and HR/Recruiter to have a deep dive into your knowledge, skills and development areas.
Your second interview will be with the Department VP and a future team member or the Recruitment Manager. It's your opportunity to see if SkyTeam is the right fit for you.
We'll offer you the role and an initial 12-month contract, with the option to extend it.
Once you've accepted the job offer, we'll start your employment screening process, including asking for references.
Once you've signed and returned your contract and completed employment screening, we can officially welcome you on board.
