SkyTeam does not sell flight tickets directly on SkyTeam.com. You can search for flights and we will connect you to the website of the member airline in order to book a ticket.

In order to upgrade your flight ticket, you must contact the airline that issued your ticket directly. If you want to use your frequent flyer miles to obtain an upgrade, please visit the website of your frequent flyer program.

To amend, cancel, or inquire about your flight reservation, contact the airline or travel agent that issued your ticket.

SkyTeam does not have access to traveler information, which means we cannot rebook your flight. If your flight was delayed or cancelled, contact the airline or travel agency that issued your ticket. If you are in the airport, please go to the Ticket Office or Transfer Center for immediate help.

Over the last 10 years, traveler preferences have evolved significantly in response to advancements in digital infrastructure for point-to-point travel and SkyTeam supports these developments.

With this in mind, and after careful consideration of our product offerings, SkyTeam has made the decision to close the Round the World (RTW) Ticket program.

This decision was not made lightly and we understand that many of our loyal customers. who enjoyed the flexibility and extensive travel options that the Round the World Ticket provided, may be disappointed.

While the Round the World Ticket program will no longer be available, customers can be assured that SkyTeam remains dedicated to providing a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Our extensive network of member airlines continues to offer an array of destinations and unparalleled connectivity across the globe.
