Update on SkyTeam Mexico Service

SkyTeam, the global airline alliance partnering ten members – including Aeroflot, Aeroméxico, Air France, Alitalia, China Southern Airlines, Continental Airlines, Czech Airlines, Delta Air Lines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Korean Air – and three Associate carriers – Air Europa, Copa Airlines and Kenya Airways – sets itself apart by offering an exclusive experience for all passengers.

The WHO has neither endorsed nor recommended travel restrictions to Mexico related to the outbreak of the influenza A(H1N1) virus. In line with the WHO, SkyTeam airlines continue to operate normally to Mexico.

SkyTeam alliance members that operate flights to and from Mexico are working together to share information and are taking additional steps to inform passengers of the latest facts to prevent confusion and uncertainty.

Although some SkyTeam members have made capacity adjustments to Mexico, all continue to serve destinations in Mexico. As usual, all members are taking steps to ensure a safe and healthy environment for passengers and crew on board the aircraft.

Passengers are advised to consult with their national public health authorities for the latest local information and advice.
