AMSTERDAM, 11 JUNE 2025 – SkyTeam, the global airline alliance, has completed the refurbishment of its SkyTeam Lounge in Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
SkyTeam Elite Plus, First and Business Class passengers can look forward to an enhanced travel experience when flying internationally through YVR. The fully refurbished 528m2 lounge features a refreshed modern design, upgraded furniture and an updated layout that introduces dedicated areas for relaxation or productivity.

Located near Gate 53 in the west wing of International Concourse D, the Vancouver Lounge spans two wings and has floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the runway and surrounding mountains. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating with charging points, shower facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi and other amenities.
As SkyTeam’s first lounge in North America, the YVR Lounge offers a taste of local and international flavors. The dining area serves fresh, seasonal cuisine throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Passengers can visit the noodle station or help themselves to a hot-and-cold buffet selection with internationally-inspired menus created using local ingredients. More local flavors can be found at the self-service bar with vintages selected from wineries along the Pacific Northwest and beers sourced from some of Vancouver’s finest microbreweries.
The SkyTeam Lounge at YVR is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Vancouver International Airport is served by member airlines including Aeromexico, Air France, China Airlines, China Eastern, Delta Air Lines, KLM, Korean Air and Xiamen Airlines.
