China Southern Cargo operates six B777-200 and two B747-400 freighters. By the end of 2015, six more B777 -200 freighters will be delivered to join the China Southern Cargo fleet.
China Southern Cargo provides international freighter services from Guangzhou and Shanghai to major metropolitans such as Amsterdam, Vienna, Frankfurt, Los Angeles, Chicago and Vancouver. In March 2012, China Southern launched freighter services for Guangzhou-Qingdao-Los Angeles-Guangzhou, Guangzhou-Chongqing-Amsterdam-Guangzhou, and will soon tap the market in Japan and other European and U.S. cities. In addition, China Southern’s belly cargo service reaches major cities all over the world with the strong network support from its passenger transportation.
China Southern Cargo has established an extensive bonded trucking service network within China and around the world, covering 120 cities in Europe as well as 96 cities in North America.
In 2001, TANG, a specialized IT Cargo system independently developed by China Southern Airlines went online, featured in 24-hour on-line service, global coverage, friendly user interface and flexible interface for EDI. TANG realized on-line sales in 2002.
