Who is eligible for SkyPriority?
SkyPriority is a series of special airport services offered to SkyTeam First and Business Class customers and SkyTeam Elite Plus members regardless of their class of travel. SkyPriority services are available across SkyTeam’s global network and are not available to purchase.
You can check your SkyTeam Frequent Flyer status and tier level using our Frequent Flyer tool.
SkyPriority Panel app
The SkyPriority panel allows select passengers to share their experiences with SkyPriority, a premium service delivered by SkyTeam member airlines. Passengers can upload pictures, describe their journey and evaluate SkyPriority performance via a short audit.
