We are an international organization bringing together diverse cultures and backgrounds, all united by our passion for the airline industry. In addition to our focus on the customer passage side of aviation, we also focus on cargo.

What can I expect when I apply?

If your profile looks interesting,  we'll call you for a quick chat. Over the phone, we'll talk about what motivates you so we can both work out if the job a good match for your next career move.

We’ll invite you to an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and HR/Recruiter to have a deep dive into your knowledge, skills and development areas.

Your second interview will be with the Department VP and a future team member or the Recruitment Manager. It's your opportunity to see if SkyTeam is the right fit for you. 

SkyTeam's Recruitment Process

We'll offer you the role and an iniatial 12-month contract, with the option to extend it.

Once you've accepted the job offer, we'll  start your employment screening process, including asking for references.

Once you've signed and returned your contract and completed employment screening, we can officially welcome you on board.


More about SkyTeam Office location

The SkyTeam Airline Alliance Management office is located in Amstelveen, near the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos.

You can find our newly refurbished and spacious offices in a separate wing inside the KLM Headquarters, with plenty of parking and storage for bikes.

The building has a large canteen that sells barista coffees to get each day off to a great start.

SkyTeam careers

SkyTeam offers a variety of careers in areas such as technology, design, sales, marketing, and finance, as well as a range of industry-specific roles including airport synergies and transfer products, alliance operations and cargo.

As we are an Alliance, we do not offer career opportunities for ground staff and cabin crew. Please reach out to the airline directly to find out more about their vacancies.
