October 18, 2017 - Access to the largest network is key for your business. In October 2017, China Southern Airlines Cargo and Air France KLM Martinair Cargo agreed to sign a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to further strengthen and shape their strategic cargo cooperation.
With the MoU signed by Mr Marcel de Nooijer and Mr Zhao Fengsheng, SVP China Southern Cargo, in Guanzhou on 11 October 2017, the next step towards achieving joint ambition of linking respective route networks have been taken. This will enable both airlines to offer expanded cargo services to their respective customers. Combining China Southern´s position in China and the Asia Pacific region with AFKLMP´s position in Europe, Africa and the transatlantic area, possibly by sharing capacity and space agreements, would be a key asset for the Cargo business.
