These prestigious awards celebrate the incredible work done by customer experience professionals worldwide, attracting a high caliber of entries from leading global brands across all industries. The judging panel comprised international customer experience experts and industry leaders from start-ups to large corporations.
This year, SkyCare&Protect Gold in the Customer Experience in the Crisis - Government Services and Aviation category. This achievement recognizes the immense work that SkyTeam and its members continue to do every day to keep customers and employees safe as they connect across our network. SkyTeam led the industry in introducing SkyCare&Protect in June 2020, boosting our pledge through innovative technology this year, including an alliance-first Testing Labs Locator, to ensure customers can fly with confidence.
Meanwhile, SkyPriority was awarded Silver in the Customer Centric Culture – Over 10,000 Employees category. This award demonstrates, almost 10 years since we became the first alliance to offer aligned and branded priority services, how valuable a benefit SkyPriority is to our top customers. SkyPriority continues to set the industry standard for elite customer recognition by rewarding our most loyal customers at every airport we serve.
