Andy Lui

Head of Innovation
With more than 30 years’ industry experience, Andy Lui joined SkyTeam from alliance member Delta Air Lines where he served as Director of IT. In his Delta career he held various senior technology leadership positions across Operations & Customer Center, Delta Connection, Cargo, Project Management, Technical Operations, HR, Finance, Agency and Corporate Sales, and Revenue Accounting. 

With SkyTeam focused on transversal innovation, Andy is leading the alliance’s new Innovation Team. Fostering a culture of collaboration, co-innovation and co-creation across alliance members, Andy is driving new value propositions to enhance the travel experience for customers.
